Properties up to £7.5 million will usually be acquired using cash resources or by forming small clubs, whereas larger value properties or portfolios costing £10 - £30 million plus are likely to be acquired in joint ventures with several long standing financial partners.
During 2018 commitments were made on three residential projects having an end value of £22m. In addition sales totalling £2.75m were completed as well as new leases providing total income of £512,000 per annum.
